Obama & His Economic Plan

It doesn't take an economist to recognize that our economy is in pretty bad shape and in the opinion of plezWorld we are teetering on the brink of recession. Loss of jobs, shrinking value of the dollar, the mortgage crisis, the high number of homes in foreclosure, the financial institution collapses of the past 3 months, inflation, and soaring gasoline prices point to the horrible shape of our economy.

The Bush Administration has allowed our economy to go into the tank with very few initiatives to fix the problems. Sen. John McCain has not offered any tangible solutions (as little as 24 hours ago, he was saying that the "fundamentals of our economy" were strong). Sen. Barack Obama appears to be the only presidential candidate who has even attempted to address American's economic woes.

plez sez: i support the candidacy of Sen. Barack Obama.

this country needs a BIG CHANGE, not cosmetic change (not by changing one pit bull for a different pit bull wearing lipstick). this country needs a president who is thoughtful and progressive, not a someone who relies on polls and a fading gut instinct. we need leadership who can clearly articulate a vision, not a neanderthal whose only plan is to attack his opponent's plan.
